This spider web obscures the entire ceiling and is very old and dusty. Its owner is probably long gone.
Through this hole in the wall, you can see a narrow stairway leading upwards.
This is quite a nice rug if you ignore the fact that the rotting corpses pictured on it appear to be moving and writhing in pain. In other words, it's downright ugly, and very grotesque.
